Bottle blowing device
The two sets of bottle blowing device are located at the upper front of the machine frame. It is composed of extending bar cylinder, bottle-mouth pressing cylinder, blowing pressing-lump and extending bar, etc. When compressed air comes in, the pistons of extending bar cylinder and bottle-mouth pressing cylinder will go down at the same time, the blowing lump will press the bottle mouth very tightly by adjusting itself according to the height of the bottle mouth. Thus there will be no air leak while blowing, the final product turn to be crystal bright. Mould-closing device It is located in the middle part of the machine and is composed of mould-closing cylinder, moving template and fixed template, etc. Two halves of the mould are fixed on the fixed template and moving template respectively. Mould-closing cylinder drives moving template and mould move to and from by connecting bar in order to fulfill the action of mould opening & closing.Operation part
The operation part of main machine is located at the right front of the machine, equipped with electric control box, where all electric devices are installed. Thereare power key-switch, power pilot lamp, manual & semi-automatic selection switch, semi-automatic start push-button, up & down switch of extending rod And blowing pressing-lump, blowing & discharge push-button on the panel of control box. So, it is easy to control .
Air passage system
The air source can be supplied by centre of pump station or single compressor.This machine has two 2-position 5-way electromagnetic valves which control opening & closing mould, up & down of extending bar, up & down of piston of bottle-mouth pressing cylinder. Two 2-position 2-way electromagnetic valves control the air blowing & discharge towards the mould.
